Conditions for Returns:

1. The Crease Protectors must be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.

2. The Crease Protectors must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must accompany the return.

4. Any promotional items or freebies received with the purchase must also be returned.

Return Process:

2. Pack the Crease Protectors securely in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase.

3. Clearly mark the Return Address/ QR Code on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive and inspect the returned Crease Protectors, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference:

- Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method within [7-10] business days after the return is processed.
